I was referred to the business through my vehicle warranty company. The issue with my vehicle was very minor and I wasn’t even charged a diagnostic fee. This was my first visit to Texas Complete auto repair, lube, and car wash. I was there for a vehicle inspection and from arrival to departure I was there maybe 30 minutes and that included a car wash. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. The waiting area was comfortable and included coffee and other beverage choices. There was even an outdoor waiting area with comfortable chairs. I will definitely be using this place again for future car needs!

I work at Kemah PD and found such an amazing car repair shop that I could trust and went beyond my expectations for my Tahoe! First time brining my vehicle to this location for, alignment, brake inspection & tire rotation. Was called and said neither the alignment nor brakes needed attention. You don’t always find honesty when having your vehicle serviced- it’s a way mechanics make money. I offered to pay something for their time and was denied any monetary compensation. I was driving by and notice the new shop had opened so went in for just an oil change and got so much more. The shop is brand new and so clean. The crew is very friendly and the owner Moe is helpful and understanding. Respectfully he recommended a brake job and gave me a great price of $199 included service my rotors .. Whenever I went to dealership they quoted me over $600 just for brakes. I paid little over $300 with the oil change, I got my brakes done professionally full synthetic oil change and a free auto detail wash interior and exterior. I would definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know

I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to Texas Complete Auto Care. I was told by another mechanic at a reputable shop that my transmission was going out but felt I needed a second opinion. I walked into Texas Auto Complete Auto Care asking how much it would cost for a diagnostic and the owner, Mo said let’s hop into your car and see what it’s doing! Within minutes of driving he knew exactly what the problem was! My motor mounts needed fixed. I cried because I was literally within days of getting rid of my vehicle due to being told about my failing transmission! I am super impressed with Mo’s honesty and conservative approach about what the actual problem was. I picked up my vehicle a day later, it was washed, vacuumed and polished! The extra touch no one else does! The staff is amazing as well! I cannot sing my praises loud enough! Thank you for taking care of me!!!!

Had to pay a visit to Texas Complete Auto Repair, due to a Discount Tire (Clear Lake Shores/Kemah, TX location) employee/technician over torquing one of my lug nuts during a tire rotation/balancing appointment, causing one of my wheel studs to completely break in half, with the other half of the stud being stuck in the damaged lug nut. Discount Tire would only cover a new lug nut and the damages to replace my wheel stud, only if I took it to Texas Complete Auto Repair at Discounts expense. Though I was sketched out by that, I took my vehicle on over to Texas Complete Auto Repair and they were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule and have the wheel stud replaced and have a new lug nut back on by the close of business on a Friday afternoon. Whenever I came to pick up my car, I was impressed to see the quality job that they did and giving me a factory lug nut with a same day turnaround. On top of all of that, they even washed my car free of charge! If that’s not high quality customer service, then I don’t what is! The owner was extremely friendly and had a great attitude with me and seems like he cares a lot about his customers! Will definitely return after this positive experience! We drive by this place all the time and always wave to our new family member, Sharky, the blow up shark outside. I needed an oil change and inspection so we tried it out. They were awesome! Got me in quick, did a great job, and even cleaned the car before turning it back over. They also have two ADORABLE pups in the office that will happily let you give them scratches while you wait. This is for sure our new place!

Top notch service! Better than a clinic service! The shop is so clean, I’ve never seen a garage with a light colored flooring that clean. The customer service whether at the front desk or at the garage were very polite and professional including the manager. I appreciated them keeping me informed about what they were doing on my car, and asking me if I would like additional services they might find important for my car without being insistent. I felt they cared and understood my situation instead of pressuring me on doing a particular service that I couldn’t afford at that time. Before adding any extra service, they send a link via text to sign and approve/disapprove the service they offered. They even add photos of the part that need reparation and save that in their system for next appointment if the client is interested in fixing the issue. And the cherry on the top, your car is washed and smells good again. Amazing service, will definitely come back and send people to this shop! See you soon guys!

Yes yes yes. Just moved back from Japan and I’ve been very disappointed with the customer service in America. It’s like since COVID they just did away with good customer service. Fortunately and unexpectedly the service here was top notch. The owner is super involved and will definitely take care of you. Only thing I will say is the gentleman that took my information and payment spoke to me like I was 18 or something. He wasn’t rude or disrespectful but it was a big difference between the owner and him. Will be going here as long as we live in this area

This is my second time here. The first time I came in for a car wash and they had just opened this shop, so the car wash wasn’t opened yet but they took care of me quickly and did a great job! Top notch company! I came in thinking I had a differential leak but they confirmed that wasn’t the case. Since I told them I was going to be traveling on a long journey they did a quick inspection to confirm I was safe for the drive and found a major issue with the driver’s side break caliber. Fixed it same day. Warrantied the work. Hand washed my Jeep since the roof was off. Really respectable company. I’ll definitely come here again.

I love this place. Regardless of their workload, Moe and team are kind, patient and accommodating. The free car wash (with specific services) is a great touch. Water ain’t cheap! Had Jeeps oil changed and a o2 sensor installed that was causing weird hesitation. Code popped up when they did diagnostics. Running great again and will order a fuel line rail heat guard when driving it in hot temps this Summer. Didn’t know it was a issue but makes sense. 5 stars!

Texas Complete Auto a repair is absolutely awesome! I originally came in to get an inspection to renew my car registration. The inspection was quick and everyone was extremely courteous. Upon completion of the inspection, I inquired with the gentleman who helped me about replacing a part of my car that had come off. The gentleman helped me order the part, and told me to bring the car back when I got the part. I came back a few days later, with part in hand, and he installed it quickly. It looked brand new! I have a 2016 Dodge charger V6, one day the engine was broken, so I went to a mechanic I deal with but he estimated the fix over $8,000, so I went to “Texas Complete Auto Repair Lube & Car Wash” to see what can they do, the owner assured that it’s not a big problem and he’ll take care of it. They were professional, expert, polite, and did their job in a timely manner. With less than $6,000 the car engine is back as new with a 12,000 miles warranty. I recommend them for sure.

We have noticed this new shop that opened on our way around town and decided to stop in yesterday for an oil change for our daughters car. We were met with a warm welcome, and they serviced her car immediately. We had just washed her car before we arrived, but they did offer a car wash and a vacuum as well. They did a great job with the vacuum and even wiped down everything inside. We were in and out in no time flat. We will definitely be back with our other vehicles! The best part is the free car wash after service… come on, it doesn’t get better than that. Quality service and friendly staff. Glad to have this place close to home.
